Tim joins OSTC having previously been Head of Client Services, Emerging Talent and Head of Global Citizenship for global talent acquisition company, Alexander Mann Solutions. He was also Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s Apprenticeship Ambassador when the latter was Mayor of London.
As an established entrepreneurial leader, Tim is instrumental in helping us achieve our diversity targets around the globe as Future Talent Lead and Regional Head, Africa. Tim has extensive experience of helping organisations reach disenfranchised and underrepresented communities in the recruitment process.
He currently sits on the City of London Corporation Education board and was named the first winner of the BBC TV show The Apprentice. Having represented the UK Government and business community in the UK, USA, Russia and Ghana, Tim brings a wealth of experience and energy to this newly created role.
