Faizah joined OSTC in March 2020 and was tasked with bringing its ambitious diversity and inclusion action plan to life. As a passionate diversity and inclusion advocate, she is helping to shape and drive organisational strategy and culture towards a more inclusive one.
As an award-winning postgraduate student from Loughborough University, with over 14 years experience in the financial sector, Faizah’s expertise spans a range of subjects, from D&I to leadership and management, employee wellbeing and engagement to mentoring, training and much more.
