Trefor, or Tom as he prefers to be known, boasts over two decades of international creative and marketing experience. He joins the OSTC Group to drive our creative, marketing and innovation direction across all OSTC and ZISHI brands.

Previously at LIDA, the loyalty agency and SapientNitro for two and a half years as Executive Creative Director, he was responsible for its multi-channel campaigns for clients including SKY, TUI and Harley Davidson.

Earlier roles saw him co-found the digital agency Brand Advocate in London and New York; heading up JWT’s digital and direct arm, RMG Connect, for EMEA; leading Saatchi & Saatchi’s integrated business in London after a five year stint with Saatchi & Saatchi in Asia and five years in Australia working with OMON, the most awarded creative agency at that time.

Tom brings a wealth of award-winning global creative, innovation, brand and technology experience to OSTC, as well as many years having worked across a number of financial services brands including HSBC at a global level.
