Rob Brophy
Head of Trading
Rob Brophy started trading on the LIFFE exchange in 1991, developing a career as a successful independent trader. In 1999 he went into partnership with Danny Langley and The Kyte Group to set up On Screen Trading to facilitate independent traders’ needs when the ‘open outcry’ exchange floors closed. Rob was instrumental in starting and building the graduate trader programme at On Screen and continued this process when the company merged with Trading Connections to form OSTC. Rob splits his time between multiple offices in the UK and overseas, training graduates in OSTC’s trading methodology. Rob is responsible for the education and nurturing of all graduate traders and uses proven risk management systems and trade analysis techniques to extract maximum performance from his team.
