At the point where the Joint Venture entity reaches a critical mass, and the JV partner has a proven track record of profitability and innovation, the Joint Venture has the option to be merged back into the OSTC Group.
The payment for the JV shares may be in the form of a cash payment or a share swap for OSTC Group shares and the original trader would be invited to join the Executive team running the OSTC Group. He or she is then able to further develop areas of specific expertise such as Operations, Business development, Risk Management, IT and Programming, Fund Management, Legal and Compliance, Finance, Training or Trading.
