RECRUITING FOR POTENTIAL
We invest a great deal in all our people. So hiring the right person is really important to us.
That’s why we have put in place a defined recruitment process, where we can test your skills and potential, but where you can also get to know us and the way we work. Here’s a quick outline of the process; if you decide to apply to OSTC, we wish you well.
This is the only way to apply to us. As soon as you click apply, you’ll be asked to fill in our online application form, which includes a number of questions to test your motivation and fit for our business. Don’t rush this stage. Make sure you put yourself across in the best possible way.
You will meet some of our senior managers during a competency-based face-to-face interview. Go to our tips page to make sure you are prepared for the interview.
We hold an assessment day for everyone who passes the interview, although some of our offices prefer to start the process with Assessment Day. Expect challenging questions and scenarios, numerical and psychometric tests as well as real-life trading tests.
If you impress us at the assessment day, we will make an offer to you to join our team as soon as we can.
